About Fatwood Firesticks

Fatwood Firesticks is an all natural fire starter, harvested in forests from the Pineywoods of East Texas all the way to the Caribbean Sea. This product has NO Chemicals added, is cut from non-rainforest areas. Fatwood Firesticks come from forests that maintain sustainable forestry practices, and is collected from the stumps of trees that were harvested for lumber 30-60 years ago. We do not cut live trees. Fatwood is found in the heart of pine stumps, and has been used for centuries to start fires. When lit, this naturally occurring resin impregnated heartwood features fast combustibility and a long lasting burn with minimal mess. A few sticks will easily start a roaring fire.

Best suited for use in fireplaces, barbecues, pellet, wood or coal stoves, campfires, and chimeneas.
